Our digital campaign highlights Hexagon’s OnCall launch

Hexagon is a global leader in public safety comms and dispatch tools, and has been working with public safety and emergency services agencies in Australia and New Zealand for more than 30 years. But they had limited local presence. With a new product to launch, the marketing team needed to highlight Hexagon as a trusted supplier. So Brains developed a comprehensive digital strategy to build brand awareness in the region.

Working with Hexagon’s APAC leadership, Brains wrote a narrative that effectively communicated Hexagon’s story and value proposition. Then, we wrote and designed a feature-rich website showcasing two new videos, an ebook, an infographic and case studies from ANZ clients. The website marks a first for Hexagon APAC, establishing a distinct regional presence.

The nurture campaign employed a multi-pronged approach to cultivate leads. This included paid and organic social and an email template for account directors to re-engage with contacts. By creating a strategic digital presence with localised content and messaging, Brains has empowered Hexagon to leverage their established reputation and paved the way for the successful launch of their revolutionary cloud-based emergency services computer-aided dispatch software.
